THE PARKER ADMINISTRATION AT WORK
You know that feeling when you get the property tax bill. Now imagine you’re seventy years old. You’ve paid off your house. You raised your kids there. You mowed that lawn for 40 years, then one day, you realize you can’t afford to stay. WHY, because Mayor Parker's administration raised your property tax to a point where it's now higher than your pension check. You'll have to sell some household furniture to make ends meet, or be forcibly evicted from your home.
In my opinion, Mayor Parker really doesn't give a damn about taxing people out of their homes. These excessive property tax assessments by the Parker administration can be described as no more than a forced eviction! Factually, It’s like Mayor Parker is charging property owners rent on houses they own. Property taxes seem to be a loophole for the Parker administration to evict struggling property owners.
The Parker Administration is basically telling people who are without a means to fight back that the Philly office of property assessments, under her direction, has determined your property value went up (again) under her watch? So congratulations, your home is worth more. Now pay up or become homeless.
The Parker administration recently screwed property owners with an excessive property tax hike assessment in 2025-2026. As a result, Philadelphia now has over a one billion dollar surplus in its general fund. Which raises the question, why is she ordering another property assessment at this time?
Nationwide property values are dropping, so why is the Parker administration already talking about preparing property owners for increasing property tax bills? Something is once again amiss with these property valuations as it has been in the years past. Are they still using the same property assessors as were used for the last assessments?
Property owners in the greater northeast, better watch out, the Parker administration is looking at you and is about to initiate the same excessive property evaluations they did to North, West, and South Philadelphia property owners in 2024. You thought you were immune LOL. Here’s a simple solution to ending Mayor Parker's excessive property tax rip-offs: VOTE HER OUT!
You’re not alone. There are over four hundred thousand property owners in Philadelphia. Black, White, Female, Male, Young, Old, Democratic, Independent, Republican- it doesn’t matter. All property owners need to join together and become the most powerful voice at election time. Send Parker a loud message: You are fired!
We strongly warned you about Cherelle L. Parker, yet you voted her into the Mayor's office. Now you're paying dearly for that bad decision. We told you she would have her hands in your pockets, and boy, does she, so deep she could scratch your nether regions.
WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR 2027 PROPERTY TAX BILL.
